This session will help you identify what you want to say to the world and why you absolutely must say it. You will explore how to take the subjects and themes you care most about and develop them into stories.

Matilda Ibini is a bionic playwright and screenwriter from London. Credits include: Little Miss Burden, Bunker Theatre. Choice and Control, Old Vic Theatre. Muscovado, Theatre503 and UK tour. She has a commission with Bush Theatre and screen projects in development with BBC Films and Raw Productions.

Natasha Sutton Williams is an award-winning writer, composer, actor and journalist. Her work includes Freud The Musical (King’s Head Theatre, VAULT), Dead Lucy (Southwark Playhouse, Brasserie Zedel), Clown Sex (Arcola Theatre, Bunker Theatre), Brother Don’t Preach (Theatre503), Prone to Mischief (Old Red Lion Theatre), and I AM NOT SICK (Pleasance). She is currently writing an animation TV series for kids and her musical Lesbian Pirates! is in development.
