Touch Grass is Theatre Centre’s flagship production for 2026–27, touring to schools and venues across the UK. This role will work closely with the Director throughout rehearsals, providing creative support with a particular focus on movement, creative problem-solving and supporting the development of an engaging production for teenagers.

They will help facilitate an effective rehearsal process, balancing creative priorities with schedule and rehearsal aims. Working closely with the Director and Producer, they will support the delivery and communication of notes, helping to keep the production, creative and core Theatre Centre teams informed throughout the process.

The role will also work closely with the cast and Company Stage Manager, providing practical and creative support as required. They will attend all technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals and preview performances, offering notes and supporting the production through its final development and preparation for the national tour.
