Caroline is the Future Maker Coordinator at Theatre Centre, supporting young people to explore creativity, confidence, and collaboration through the arts. With over a decade of experience in education, youth engagement, and creative media, she brings a dynamic and inclusive approach to her work championing projects that empower young voices and celebrate individuality.

Alongside her work at Theatre Centre, Caroline is the Founder and CEO of Cheer From Head To Toe, the UK’s leading cheerleading media and education platform. Through this initiative, she has produced documentaries, interviews, and resources that have strengthened connections within the cheerleading community and promoted athlete welfare and inclusivity.

Caroline’s background also includes roles in schools and youth organisations, where she led teams, designed workshops, and developed multimedia campaigns that inspired engagement and social awareness. She is passionate about creating spaces where young people can learn, express themselves, and make a positive impact through creativity.
