We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated artistic lead of the organisation with experience of directing plays, working with and supporting artists, working with young people in creative/educational settings and developing artistic strategies.

Working alongside the Executive Director/CEO, this role will oversee a newly developed Future Makers process, which embeds the principle of co-creation in all the work that we do, unifying all of the strands of our work. This role will provide both coherent and dynamic artistic leadership for the Theatre Centre programme, Future Makers and the core Theatre Centre team and ensure that the organisation continues to play a leading role in the development of theatre that reflects the lives of children and young people.

We are looking for an energised and committed strategic lead of the organisation with experience of executive or senior leadership within an arts organisation.

Working alongside the Artistic Director, this role will oversee a newly developed Future Makers process, which embeds the principle of co-creation in all the work that we do, unifying all of the strands of our work.

This role is the lynchpin between governance and day to day operations and will have sole CEO responsibilities, line managing all core staff team members and sharing leadership duties with the Artistic Director, whom they will support as an executive producer for all artistic work.
