Theatre Centre is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and creative Executive Director. This post will lead on the company’s business development and producing with an aim to expand our programme and partnerships. Working closely with the Artistic Director, the Executive Director will have direct involvement in shaping Theatre Centre’s artistic and financial future.
The ideal candidate will be outward-looking, solution-focused and be able to implement strategic decisions. They will work closely and collaboratively with the Artistic Director/CEO and small staff team, providing expert judgement on business and financial decisions.
